Meditation Classes are wonderful way to learn to meditate or meditate in a new way than you are used to. These are Yoga Nidra meditation classes.
Where we hold Guided Meditation
This class is held in the beautiful parklands of the Providence Estate in South Ripley. The newly opened exercise/ yoga lawn is a perfect spot to practise yoga and meditation. Free road parking available.
