Benefits of Sunrise Yoga
Practising yoga in the morning allows you to wake up your whole body reducing the need for caffine and other stimulants to keep you awake for the day. Moving also increases circulation of blood and the lymphatic system giving your immune system a natural boost. Being outside connects us to nature and allows the body to breath fresh air, while morning yoga also boosts the digestive system and our metabolism. But apart from all this morning yoga has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia!
